To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please carefully review the following terms and conditions:

Cancellation Policy

  • Notice for Refund: For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the check-in date. A 50% refund is available for cancellations made up to 48 hours before check-in.
  • Cancellation Fee: No cancellation fees are charged.
  • No-show Policy:
    • For Paid Bookings: Rooms will be held until 8 PM.
    • For Unpaid Bookings:
      • If in communication: Rooms will be held until 5 PM.
      • If not in communication: Rooms will be held until 3 PM.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 days. Guests must contact the property owner directly for cancellations and refunds.

Booking Policy

  • Confirmation: Guests receive immediate booking confirmation upon successful reservation.
  • Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.
  • Deposit: Deposits may be required for long stays. Details will be provided during the booking process.

Check-in and Check-out Policy

  • Check-in Time: Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM.
  • Check-out Time: Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM.
  • Early Check-in/Late Check-out:
    • Before 9 AM: Early check-in between 6 AM and 9 AM is subject to a 50% room fee.
    • After 10 AM: Early check-in after 10 AM is free, subject to availability.
    • Late Check-out: Late check-out beyond 11 AM is chargeable at 50% of the room fee.

Guest Conduct and Behavior

  • Noise Policy: Quiet hours are in effect. Loud music is not permitted in open areas.
  • Pets: Pets are allowed.
  • Smoking: Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking rooms and balconies.
  • Visitors: Guests may invite visitors to their rooms.
  • Damages: Guests are liable for any property damage and must compensate 150% of the damage value.

Safety and Security

  • Measures: Guests are responsible for safeguarding their belongings. While the property strives to ensure safety, specific security measures are not provided.
  • Liability: The property is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings.

Privacy Policy

  • Data Collection: Personal data (e.g., name, contact information) is collected for booking purposes and will not be shared with third parties.

Health and Safety Protocols

  • Cleanliness: The property adheres to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Special Requests

  • Extra Services: Special requests, such as extra bedding or specific food preferences, will be accommodated whenever possible.
  • Celebrations: Arrangements for occasions like birthdays or anniversaries can be made upon request.

Third-Party Services
